Falcon 9 (“Falcon 9”) Launch Services to perform the Launch of the Satellite pursuant to a Launch Services Agreement entered into with a Launch Agency by Customer providing for an initial Launch date for the Satellite that is consistent with the Satellite Delivery date provided hereunder.
