Launch Services Agreement means, with respect to any Satellite, the agreement between the applicable Satellite Purchaser and the applicable Launch Services Provider relating to the launch of such Satellite.

• Loral agrees to be bound by the no-fault, no-subrogation inter-party waiver of liability and related indemnity provisions provided in the Launch Services Agreement and to cause its contractors and subcontractors at any tier (including suppliers of any kind) that are involved in any performance of this Agreement and any other person who through Loral has an interest in the Satellite or any transponder thereon, as required by the Launch Services Agreement, to accede to such waiver.
