Launch Plan means the plan regarding the Commercial Launch of the Product in the Territory attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Launch Plan means the strategic plan for the Licensed Products in the Field in the Territory that details the activities to be conducted prior to launch, plans for launch and activities to be conducted during the Calendar Year in which the launch occurs, for which plan Hutchmed has in good faith taken the Global Brand Strategy and the Global Medical Affairs Strategy into consideration.

As part of the Launch Plan, Purchaser shall use commercially reasonable efforts to place the Dust Hightail Product in market within twelve (12) months following the Closing Date, subject in all instances to the Transferred Employees’ timely performance and completion of their respective obligations as set forth in the Launch Plan.

More Definitions of Launch Plan

Launch Plan means the plan and schedule for the commercial launch of the Product in the Territory during the Launch Period, including the parties’ responsibilities for the activities associated with such commercial launch of the Product, a budget for the activities to be undertaken in connection with such commercial launch (taking into account Advertising/Marketing/Educational Expenses incurred by Depomed prior to the Effective Date), and the parties’ responsibilities for the payment of such budgeted expenses. The initial Launch Plan describing a summary of the plan and schedule for commercial launch is attached hereto as Schedule 1.56, which plan will be amended by the JCC in accordance with Section 4.5.

Launch Plan means the plan detailed in schedule 6 which specifies the activities and timescales associated with the launch of the sponsorship and the Launch Date;

Launch Plan means each plan for the Launch of the Product in the Development Indication in the Promotion Territory to be conducted by the Parties, approved by the JSC.
