Landlord’s Works definition

Landlord’s Works has the meaning given it in the Fitout Deed.

Landlord’s Works means the work described in the schedule attached to this Deed. LAW includes any requirement of statute, rule, regulation, proclamation, ordinance or by-law, present or future and whether state, federal or otherwise.

Landlord’s Works shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 4.

Examples of Landlord’s Works in a sentence

• The Tenant providing a copy of the tenancy fitout and signage plan to the Landlord for approval prior to any Landlord’s Works commencing.

• Maximum standard heterosis was recorded in 38HU X 11-14 (37.6%) followed by 38HU X 11-6 (36.42%) and 38HU X 14-11-5 (32.97).

• The Tenant may request the Landlord to incorporate Tenant’s Extras in the Landlord’s Works but the Landlord has an absolute discretion whether or not to comply with the request.

• The Landlord agrees with the Tenant that any loose materials, timber and/or objects remaining on the Landlord’s Estate after completion of the Landlord’s Works may be used and/or upcycled by the Tenant in connection with the use and operation of the Premises by the Tenant for the purposes permitted under the terms of the Lease.

• All parents were normal hearing except for one mother who was a CI recipient herself.

More Definitions of Landlord’s Works

Landlord’s Works means the Main Works to be carried out on behalf of the Landlord at the Premises before the grant of the Lease a brief description of which is set out in the Specification but more particularly defined in the Building Contract but subject always to clause 3.6; Lease means the lease of the Premises to be granted pursuant to clause 11 and, subject to provisions of clause 11, in the form annexed as Annexure 1;

Landlord’s Works means the works to be carried out by the Landlord pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Landlord's Specifications for the construction of the Landlord's Works in accordance with the Third Schedule hereto.

Landlord’s Works means the Building Works (subject to clause 9) any Tenant’s Variations and the Landlord’s Fit-Out Works

Landlord’s Works means the works briefly described in Annexure B being the works carried out and/or to be carried out pursuant to the Building Contract (together with the works described in Annexure J);

Landlord’s Works means the works carried out to the Premises by or on behalf of the Landlord and/or by or on behalf of Tilebox Limited (company registration number 03600395) prior to the grant of this lease;

Landlord’s Works bears the same meaning as set out in the Leases;

Landlord’s Works has the meaning given to that term in the Agreement for Lease;
