land plan means the plan certified as the land plan by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this Order;
land plan means the plan submitted with the application and certified as the land plan by the Secretary of State for the purposes of the Order (APP-012);
land plan means a collection of documents that fully describe the physical characteristics of the Property and the permitted uses of the Property, including, but not limited to, a detailed description and depiction of the permitted uses and associated densities, intensities and locations within the Project; physical characteristics of the Property such as floodplain, slope and soil, Slope Analysis, the availability and accessibility of water that meets applicable health standards and is sufficient in quantity for the reasonably foreseeable needs of the Project, the availability and accessibility of utilities, the availability and accessibility of public services, the availability and accessibility of water and services for fire protection, prevention and containment, and the effect of the Project on existing public streets. attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C.

More Definitions of land plan

land plan shall have the meanings provided in the recitals above, however “Property” is further defined as 164.5 acres of land described in Exhibit “A”. Except as may be otherwise defined, or the context clearly requires otherwise, the following terms and phrases used in this Agreement shall the meanings as follows:
land plan means the plan certified as the land plan by the decision-maker for the purposes of this Order;
land plan means the general, conceptual master plan for development of the Tract attached hereto as Exhibit E, as it may be revised from time to time in accordance with this Agreement. It includes the proposed locations of land uses, streets, phasing of development, important physical features, and other applicable information for the entire area to be subdivided in accordance with the Development Code.
land plan means the plan or plans certified as the land plan or plans by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this Order under article 34 (certification of plans and documents, etc.);
