Land Lease definition

Land Lease means any lease which would be treated as a "lease liability" in accordance with IFRS relating to the lease of land.
Land Lease means the Lease Agreement (Phase II - Land") dated as of May 3, 1999 between BNPLC, as landlord, and NAI, as tenant, pursuant to which NAI has agreed to lease BNPLC's interest in the Property, as such Lease Agreement may be extended, supplemented, amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.
