Land Lease definition

Land Lease means the Lease Agreement (Phase III - Land") dated as of [EFFECTIVE DATE] between BNPLC, as landlord, and NAI, as tenant, pursuant to which NAI has agreed to lease BNPLC's interest in the Property, as such Lease Agreement may be extended, supplemented, amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.
