Known Error definition

Known Error means a Problem that becomes a Known Error when the root cause is known and a temporary workaround or permanent alternative has been identified.

More Definitions of Known Error

Known Error shall have the meaning given to it in section 2.2.11. "Managed Service" means the Services specified in this document. "Problem" shall have the meaning given to it in section 2.2.11.
