Knocked Down when a Lot is sold to a bidder, indicated by the fall of the hammer at the Sale.

Knocked Down or "Knock Down" means that Auctioneer has acknowledged the Winning Bid on Real Property with the Fall of the Hammer, or by announcing "sold", or by giving a similar such indication.
