KMI definition
KMI has the meaning provided in the recitals hereto.
KMI means ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Kansas, Inc., a Kansas corporation, and if the name of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Kansas, Inc. is changed, “KMI” shall mean such corporation.
KMI means Kinder Morgan Kansas, Inc., a Kansas corporation, and if the name of Kinder Morgan Kansas, Inc. is changed, “KMI” shall mean such corporation.

For purposes of this Order, KMI includes Knight Acquisition Co., a Kansas corporation, and Knight Holdco LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
