KIBOR. The average “ask side” Karachi Inter-Bank Offer Rate for Rupee deposits for a period equal to three (3) months which appears on the appropriate page of the Reuters service at or about 11:30 a.m. in Karachi on the last available Business Day, or in the event that the ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ service, or any successor thereto, no longer provides such information, such other service as agreed to by the Parties that provides the average “ask side” Karachi Inter-Bank Offer Rate for Rupee deposits in the Karachi inter-bank market.
