Key Transaction Documents definition

Key Transaction Documents means, the Plan, the Disclosure Statement, the
Key Transaction Documents means, collectively, the Stream Documents, the Seller Loan Agreement and the Seller Offtake Agreement.

More Definitions of Key Transaction Documents

Key Transaction Documents means the Finance Documents and the Key Material Agreements and "Key Transaction Document" means, as the context requires, any one of them;
