Key Products definition

Key Products means Tykerb, Promacta, Votrient, Arzerra, Tafinlar and Mekinist;
Key Products means those products identified as such on Section 1.01(b) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.
Key Products means the products of the Company known as “Kyprolis” and “oprozomib”.

  • To the Seller’s Knowledge, all Patents forming part of Registered Business Product Intellectual Property Rights for the Key Products and all Patents forming part of Registered Licensed Product Intellectual Property Rights for the Key Products are subsisting, valid and enforceable and have not lapsed or been abandoned.

  • Section 2.10(a) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule identifies any Key Products Employees who are on short-term disability or other approved leave of absence (other than vacation), their anticipated return to work date and the Seller Plans in which they participate in or may be entitled to benefits.

Key Products means, collectively, the following medicines:
Key Products means (i) teduglutide, (ii) parathyroid hormone (1-84) (which would be marketed under the trade name Natpara in the United States and Natpar in Europe) and (iii) NPSP795.

Key Products means the following Products: SilkTest (including Runtime and Add-ons), SilkTest International, SilkPerformer (including Protocols/Interface Add-ons), SilkPerformer Virtual Users, SilkPerformer Workbench (MMC), SilkPerformer Developer Workbench, SilkPerformer Java Explorer, SilkPerformer .NET Explorer, SilkPerformer Server Analysis Module (▇▇▇), SilkPerformer Lite, SilkPerformer Component Test Edition, SilkCentral Test Manager, SilkCentral Issue Manager, SilkCentral Performance Manager, and any component of any of the foregoing, including, without limitation, any component in the development or testing phase.
Key Products means, collectively, the Company’s products AMITIZA (lubiprostone) and RESCULA (unoprostone isopropyl) and the Company’s product candidates VTS-270 and CPP-1X.
Key Products means the Company’s product candidate axicabtagene ciloleucel, KITE-718 and KITE-585.
