Nothing in the Plan shall entitle any Employee, Non-Employee Director, Key Advisor or other person to any claim or right to be granted a Grant under the Plan.
SARs may only be exercised while the Grantee is as an Employee, Key Advisor or member of the Board or during the applicable period after Termination of Service as described in Section 5(e).
