JV Partner definition

JV Partner means each Person party to a JV Agreement that is not a Loan Party or one of its Subsidiaries.
JV Partner means any of the Company, the Guarantors or any of their Subsidiaries in its respective capacity as an owner or holder of Investments in a Joint Venture.
JV Partner shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.10 hereof.
