More Definitions of JV Interests

JV Interests has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 of this Agreement;

JV Interests means all of the issued and outstanding limited liability company interests in the Joint Venture owned by Seller or any of its Affiliates and any other equity interests or voting or economic rights in the Joint Venture held by Seller or any of its Affiliates.

JV Interests means the Purchased Interests and the Contributed JV Interests.

JV Interests means any joint venture interest held by any Credit Party to the extent such Credit Party is restricted from assigning or pledging such interest pursuant to legally binding arrangements between the joint venture parties; provided, that "JV Interests" shall not include any Proceeds of such property.
