JV Contract definition

JV Contract shall have the meaning set out in the Recitals. “合资合同”具有序言规定的含义。

JV Contract means this Joint Venture Contract the Parties conclude for the purpose of establishing the Company and all annexes, agreements, schedules and documents attached hereto.
