Junk dealer definition
Junk dealer means any person engaged in collecting, storing, buying or selling junk. "Junk" means articles or materials that, because of age, deterioration or use, have lost their original utility or desirability but that by alteration, restoration or salvage may furnish an item or items of value.

Junk dealer means a person, other than a person required to be licensed under Chapter 8.32, who engages in, keeps, conducts or carries on a business for the purpose, collection and sale of junk, which is not thereafter disposed of in a landfill.
