The Junior Collateral Agent agrees that if it shall obtain possession or control of any Collateral or any account pursuant to the foregoing provisions and such Collateral or account shall thereafter become subject to any Senior Lien, it will take all such actions in its power as shall reasonably be requested by the Senior Collateral Agent holding such Senior Lien to transfer possession or control of such Collateral or such account to such Senior Collateral Agent.
