Jump Page means the page of the Advertiser Site dedicated to the --------- promotion of electronic postage services or software which is the first page a user sees when clicking on an Advertiser Link (other than a Promotion Link) and which includes an application for a user to sign up for such services or a direct hyperlink to such application.
