Judicial Member definition

Judicial Member means a Member of the Appellate Tribunal appointed as such under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 46;
Judicial Member means a Judicial Member of the Lokayukta appointed as such;
Judicial Member means a Member of the Appellate Board appointed as such under this Act, and includes the Chairman and Vice Chairman.
