Judgment definition

Judgment means any order, writ, injunction, fine, citation, award, decree, or any other judgment of any nature whatsoever of any Governmental Authority.
Judgment has the meaning set forth in Section II.C.
Judgment means the final judgment, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, to be entered by the Court approving the Settlement.
