JPA definition

JPA or “Joint Powers Agreement” means the agreement dated as of June 1, 2016, by and between the Member Entities.
JPA or “JPA Agreement” shall mean that certain Amended and Restated Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement effective January 1, 1992, establishing the Authority, as it may be amended or restated over time.
JPA means the July 22, 2003 First Amended Joint Powers Agreement San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission.
