Joint Venture Documents definition

Joint Venture Documents shall have the meaning set forth in the Master Agreement.
Joint Venture Documents means any or all of this Agreement, the Pre-Existing and Contemporaneously Executed Agreements, the Bilateral Agreements, the Trilateral Agreements, the Intel Agreements and the Micron Agreements.
Joint Venture Documents means the Master Agreement and each of the agreements listed on Schedules 2.1 through 2.5 of the Master Agreement Disclosure Letter.

  • Except as may be specified otherwise in any of the other Joint Venture Documents, any such Software so required is solely the responsibility of the each of the Parties.

Joint Venture Documents means collectively that certain Contribution Agreement, Penn ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Services Agreement, NLC License Agreement, Limited Liability Company Agreement of NLC-TPR Services, LLC, NLC Payments Agreement, AFL-CIO License Agreement, Marketing Services Agreement with Union Privilege and Services LLC Services Agreement, each dated on or about the First Amendment Effective Date.
Joint Venture Documents means this Agreement, the Purchase and Sale Agreement, the Management Agreement, any Affiliate Agreement, the Companion Agreements, and any amendments or modifications of any of the foregoing.
Joint Venture Documents means (i) the Master Agreement, (ii) the documents, agreements and instruments referred to in Articles 5 and 7 of such Master Agreement, (iii) the Omnibus IP Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and between the Parties (the “IP Omnibus Agreement”), and (iv) the documents, agreements and instruments referred to in Articles II and III of the IP Omnibus Agreement.
Joint Venture Documents means any contract, agreement or other arrangement relating to the organization, management, affairs or business of the Joint Venture.
