Joint Venture Contracts definition

Joint Venture Contracts means the contracts listed as such in Schedule Five;
Joint Venture Contracts means the contracts executed on March 18 , 1996 and --------, 1996 respectively by and between Anhui Liyuan Electric Power Development Company Ltd., Hefei Municipal Construction and Investment Company and AES-Anhui Power Company Ltd. As well as all subsequent Admendments to the above contracts in connection with the establishment and reorganization of the Anhui Liyuan-AES Power Company Ltd. and the Hefei Zhongli Energy Company Ltd.
Joint Venture Contracts means all agreements, contracts, leases and subleases, purchase orders, arrangements, commitments and licenses between Sellers or any Subsidiary of Sellers and a joint venture, including a JV.

  • Subject to any contrary provision in this Agreement, a reference to any other deed, agreement, instrument or contract (including the Joint Venture Contracts and the Sales Contracts) includes a reference to that other deed, agreement, instrument or contract as amended, supplemented or varied from time to time.

Joint Venture Contracts means the agreement or agreements: (i) for the transportation, processing or disposal of the Leased Substances or any of them or substances produced in connection with the Leased Substances or any of them; (ii) agreements for the contract operation by a Third Party of the Assets or any of them, and (iii) agreements to provide transportation, processing or disposal capacity or service to any Third Party, if any, set out in Schedule “D” under the heading “Joint Venture Contracts”;

Joint Venture Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.23.
Joint Venture Contracts means in respect of each Joint Venture the agreements and contracts detailed in Schedule 2. Loss means any damage, loss, cost, charge, expense or liability however arising (including contractual, tortuous, legal, equitable loss or loss pursuant to statute). Magellan means Magellan Petroleum (NT) Pty Ltd ACN ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇. Magellan Assumed Liabilities means all costs, charges, expenses, taxes, liabilities and obligations in respect of the Santos Sale Interests including all costs, charges, expenses, taxes, liabilities and obligations of the Santos Entities which accrue or relate to the period on and after the Effective Date in respect of such of the Permits, Property Interest, Joint Venture Contracts and Royalty Obligations as are set out in items 3 and 4 of Schedule 2. Magellan Consideration has the meaning set out in clause 4.1.
Joint Venture Contracts means the contracts, instruments and other commitments to be transferred, novated or assigned by the members of the CCV Group to Global JV or Americas JV under the Joint Venture Agreements or any agreements to be entered into pursuant to the Joint Venture Agreements;
Joint Venture Contracts means (i) the Joint Venture Supply Agreement; and (ii) the Joint Venture Technology Agreement and Joint Venture Contract means any one of them;
