Joint Use Space definition

Joint Use Space means that common use space not assigned, which Airline uses on a joint use basis with other airline tenants.
Joint Use Space means those portions of Airline Allocable Space which are used jointly by one or more Airlines and is apportioned to Airline based on the Joint Use Formula; including generally but not limited to, baggage claim areas, baggage makeup areas, inbound baggage areas, cart tunnel area, and baggage recheck areas.
Joint Use Space means any space in the present Terminal Complex in which an airline has joint utilization rights with other users.

  • Airlines shall pay for space rentals for Preferential Use Space and Joint Use Space, monthly, without invoice, demand, set-off, or deduction on or before the first (1st) day of each calendar month.

More Definitions of Joint Use Space

Joint Use Space means the areas in the Terminal Buildings that Airline uses jointly with other parties assigned to those areas, as depicted on Exhibit B.
Joint Use Space means the terminal space used by Airline for its use jointly with other airlines as delineated in Exhibit 1. Such Joint Use Space shall include but not be limited to the baggage make up area, baggage claim area, tug tunnels, hold rooms and passenger loading bridges, aircraft parking positions associ- ated with each gate, and unenclosed ground service equipment storage space designated at each gate.
Joint Use Space means, at any time, the Premises leased and used jointly by AIRLINE and one or more other Air Transportation Companies for the processing of passengers, as more particularly set forth on Exhibits A, A-1 and A-2, attached and incorporated herein by reference, as the same may be amended from time-to-time.
Joint Use Space means the Terminal Complex space used jointly by all Air Transportation Companies including, but not limited to, Federal Security Space, security queuing areas, wheelchair staging areas, baggage claim areas, travel document verification areas, and other areas as may be identified and modified from time to time. The Joint Use Space is more particularly set forth in Exhibit B1, or as the same may be amended from time to time, and shall be applicable to each Air Transportation Company operating at the Airport.
