Identify, review, and track progress of Joint Project Agreements, and/or other Department and utility agreements.
The following shall constitute the Joint Project Committee (herein under referred to as JPC) for assessing and reviewing the progress of the work on the project and to issue instructions or directions from time to time for being observed and followed by the Architects Site Engineer /PMC and other consultants / contractors engaged in the execution of the project.
These will be agreed upon by the Joint Project Steering Committee.
Information given to the press and to the beneficiaries of the Action, all related publicity material, official notices, reports and publications, shall acknowledge that the Action was carried out with a grant from a Joint Project between the European Union and the Council of Europe and shall display in an appropriate way the Joint Projects’ visual identity (for instructions on use of the Joint Projects’ visual identity, see Appendix IV).
Unless the Council of Europe requests or agrees otherwise, the Grantee shall take all necessary measures to publicise the fact that the Action has been funded within the framework of a Joint Project between the European Union and the Council of Europe.
