It is expressly acknowledged and agreed by Agents, each Lender and Borrowers, for the benefit of the Joint Book Managers, UK Agent, Joint Lead Arrangers and Co-Syndication Agents, that the Joint Book Managers, UK Agent, Joint Lead Arrangers and Co-Syndication Agents, in such capacities, have no duties, liabilities or obligations whatsoever with respect to this Agreement or any other document or any matter related thereto.
