Joinder definition

Joinder means a joinder to this Agreement, in form and substance substantially similar to Exhibit A to this Agreement.
Joinder shall have the meaning given in Section 5.10.

  • Immediately upon such execution and delivery of such Guarantor Joinder Agreement (and without any further action), each such additional Person will become a party to this Agreement as an “Obligor” and have all of the rights and obligations of an Obligor hereunder and this Agreement and the schedules hereto shall be deemed amended by such Guarantor Joinder Agreement.
