IV-D case definition

IV-D case means a child support case receiving IV-D services.
IV-D case means a case in which the department is providing support enforcement services as a result of:
IV-D case means any proceeding where a party has either (1) assigned to the State rights to child support because of the receipt of public assistance as defined in Minn.
