ITSO definition
ITSO means (as the context may require) both: (a) the non profit distributing organisation run by its members for the benefit of members and users of smartcards, supported by the Department for Transport (DfT); and (b) the common specification it has created to enable the use of interoperable smartcards in transport and other areas;
