Issuer Security definition

Issuer Security means in relation to the First Issuer, the First Issuer Security and in relation to any New Issuer, the security created by such Issuer pursuant to the relevant Issuer Deed of Charge in favour of the Note Trustee for the benefit of the Issuer Secured Creditors;
Issuer Security means the security granted pursuant to the Issuer Security Documents.
Issuer Security means all or any of the Security Interests created or expressed to be created from time to time constituted by or pursuant to, or evidenced by, the Issuer Security Documents.

  • The Master Issuer Security Trustee will notify Party A promptly following it giving or receiving any notice (including any Note Enforcement Notice) in connection with any redemption, purchase and cancellation of all of the Relevant Notes by the Issuer.

Issuer Security means in relation any Issuer, the security created by such Issuer pursuant to the relevant Issuer Deed of Charge for the benefit of the relevant Issuer Secured Creditors;
