Issuer Security definition

Issuer Security means in relation to the First Issuer, the First Issuer Security and in relation to any New Issuer, the security created by such Issuer pursuant to the relevant Issuer Deed of Charge in favour of the Note Trustee for the benefit of the Issuer Secured Creditors;
Issuer Security means all or any of the Security Interests created or expressed to be created from time to time constituted by or pursuant to, or evidenced by, the Issuer Security Documents.
Issuer Security means the security granted pursuant to the Issuer Security Documents.

  • In case insolvency proceedings are opened against the Issuer, Security Holders can only assert their claims pursuant to the German Insolvency Code (Insolvenzordnung).
