The Master Issuer Security Trustee will notify Party A promptly following it giving or receiving any notice (including any Note Enforcement Notice) in connection with any redemption, purchase and cancellation of all of the Relevant Notes by the Issuer.
The Company acknowledges that the Lender will pledge its rights under this Agreement, the Notes, the Mortgage and the Other Loan Documents to the Collateral Agent pursuant to the Issuer Security Agreement to secure the Lender's obligations under the Indenture and the Secured Notes.
