Issue Documents definition

Issue Documents means the Senior Debt Indenture, the Dated Subordinated Debt Indenture and the Deposit Agreement;

Issue Documents means the Issue Agreement, the Framework Agreement, the terms and conditions of the share subscription warrants (Terms and Conditions of the Warrants), all securities documents (Security Documents), and any other document referred to as such in writing by the Parties;

Issue Documents means this Trust Deed, the Agency Agreement, the Depository Agreement and the Deed of Covenant;

Examples of Issue Documents in a sentence

• In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between the definitions contained in this Agreement and in such Issue Documents, the definitions in such Issue Documents shall prevail, to the extent of any such inconsistency or discrepancy.

• All other capitalised terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the same meanings assigned to such terms in the Issue Documents (as defined below) for the Issue.

• The Debenture Trustee, either through itself or its agents /advisors/consultants, shall carry out requisite diligence to verify the status of encumbrance and valuation of the assets and whether all permissions or consents (if any) as may be required to create the security as stipulated in the Issue Documents and the Applicable Laws, has been obtained.

More Definitions of Issue Documents

Issue Documents means, in respect of a Series of Notes, the Agency Agreement, the Trust Deed, any Additional Security Documents, the Custody Agreement, the Collateral Administration and Reporting Agreement, the Collateral Service Agreement, any Additional Custody Agreement, any Additional Collateral Management Agreement and any other agreement entered into in connections with such Series of Notes in so far as such agreement relates to such Series of Notes;

Issue Documents means this Trust Deed and the Agency Agreement;

Issue Documents means the relevant Base Indenture, any Guarantee or any Securities;

Issue Documents means the Senior Debt Securities Indenture, the Dated Subordinated Debt Securities Indenture and the Contingent Capital Securities Indenture;

Issue Documents means the Letter of Offer, the Abridged Letter of Offer, the Application Form and the rights entitlement letter, if any, together with all amendments, corrigendum, corrections, supplements or notices to investors, for use in connection with the Issue;

Issue Documents means this Venture Loan Agreement, the Bonds Issue Agreement, the Terms and Conditions of the Warrants, each of the Security Documents, any document executed pursuant to any such document and any other document designated as such in writing by the Issuer and the Subscriber;
