Isolation Zone definition

Isolation Zone means an area of land extending outwards from the outer edge of the Planting Area, or the outer edge of the Pollen Trap with respect to a Planting Area when a Pollen Trap is employed. The Isolation Zone must be kept free of deliberately planted Related Species while the GMOs are growing in the Planting Area.
Isolation Zone means an area of land extending outwards at least 190 m in all directions from the outer edge of the Monitoring Zone (see Figure 1).
Isolation Zone. , means, in respect of a Location, an area of land surrounding either the Location, or the Location’s Pollen Trap (if the Location is surrounded by a Pollen Trap) that is known not to contain any Brassica crops when the GMO is planted at the Location.

More Definitions of Isolation Zone

Isolation Zone means an area of land extending outwards at least 28 m in all directions from the outer edge of the Monitoring Zone, as indicated in Figure 1.
