In accordance with the terms of the WMVL Shareholders Irrevocable Undertakings and the Consortium Agreement, each of the WMVL Shareholders has undertaken to the cancellation of their respective Shares under the Scheme in consideration for receiving the WMVL Cancellation Consideration.
