In the event the legislature increases or decreases District revenue formulas (including, but not limited to, levy capacity, levy equalization, the inflationary index, e.g., utilizing CPI instead of IPD, professional learning day funding, regionalization or salary compliance), the parties agree to reopen this agreement at the written request of the District or Association to negotiate the impact of such legislative actions.
In this regard, it is clearly recorded and understood by the Parties that other OPD related diagnostic services (except those provided in Annex I of Schedule P) and any diagnostic services not covered in IPD packages shall be chargeable at rates not exceeding rates prescribed (from time to time) by King ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Medical University, Lucknow, for the respective services.

Effective August 16, 2019, the hourly rates of pay set forth within the Appendices "A" through "D" of this Agreement shall reflect a sixteen percent (16%) inclusive of state IPD.
This does not include the Montana Education Association Annual IPD (Instruction and Professional Development) Conference.
