IP Registrations definition

IP Registrations means all Intellectual Property that is subject to any issuance, registration, or application by, to or with any Governmental Authority or authorized private registrar in any jurisdiction, including issued patents, registered trademarks, domain names and copyrights, and pending applications for any of the foregoing.

IP Registrations means, with respect to any Debtor, (a) registrations of Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights and (b) applications of registration or publication thereof, in each case made with the relevant IP Filing Office.

IP Registrations has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(d).

Examples of IP Registrations in a sentence

• All required filings and fees related to the Company IP Registrations have been timely filed with and paid to the relevant Governmental Authorities and authorized registrars, and all Company IP Registrations are otherwise in good standing.

IP Registrations means all IP Assets that are subject to any issuance, registration, application or other filing by, to or with any Governmental Authority or authorized private registrar in any jurisdiction, including registered trade-marks, domain names, copyrights, industrial designs, issued and reissued patents and pending applications for any of the foregoing.
