IP Owner definition

IP Owner means CPLV Tenant, Caesars License Company, LLC or any other Person that owns any Intellectual Property or is a party to any IP License which is used in or held for use in the use, ownership, management, leasing, renovation, financing, development, operation and maintenance of the Property.

IP Owner means the entity that is set out in a SOW as owning the Foreground IP (whether the Project Lead, the Project Participant or an Other Project Participant); and

• If at any time more favorable terms and conditions are granted to any third party pertaining to such Enhancement, the party acting as IP Owner or grantor shall notify the other party herein and, if the other party so elects, shall be automatically become entitled to such more favorable terms and conditions.

IP Owner means ESH Strategies Branding LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, together with its successors and permitted assigns.
