IP Assignments definition

IP Assignments has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(b)(iii).
IP Assignments means the [respective] intellectual property assignment agreement[s] in the agreed form assigning to the Company all Intellectual Property relevant to the Business created by [each of the] the Founder[s];
IP Assignments means the trademark assignments, copyright assignments and domain name assignments to be entered into to effect the Transfer of Assets and the Assumption of Liabilities in the manner contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Copies of all such IP Assignments shall be promptly delivered to the Collateral Agent upon the request of the Collateral Agent.

IP Assignments means (i) the short-form assignment documents executed for the purpose of recording the transfer of Intellectual Property applications and registrations with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and/or the United States Copyright Office and (ii) the IP ▇▇▇▇ of Sale by and between Leidos and New SAIC, each as executed on the date hereof.
