Investor Documents definition

Investor Documents means each document, instrument or certificate, other than the Transaction Agreements, to be executed and delivered by the Investor in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Investor Documents means this Subscription Agreement, the Term Sheet attached hereto as Schedule “A”, and the U.S. Offering Circular delivered on a confidential basis in connection with the Offering.

More Definitions of Investor Documents

Investor Documents means any equity related documents which are issued by the Issuer or any Group Company, which in all respect is subordinated to the obligations of the Issuer or any of the Guarantors under the Terms and Conditions.
