Investment Parameters definition
Investment Parameters means the investment objectives and restrictions set out in the product specific terms and conditions which can be found in the information pack as noted in the Instructions;
Investment Parameters means those certain criteria set forth in Article 7 with respect to acquisition of additional hotels or entities by the Company, as further described in Article 8.
Investment Parameters means the parameters for the acquisition of Eligible Opportunities set forth on Part I of Exhibit C hereto (as such guidelines may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time as a Major Decision).

Investment Adviser shall report to the Division monthly on compliance with the Investment Parameters and DOI Directives and report violations immediately.
This Agreement and the documents incorporated by reference herein constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all previous communications or representations, either verbal or written, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter herein, excluding any Investment Parameters and DOI Directives provided to Investment Adviser prior to entry into this Agreement.

More Definitions of Investment Parameters
Investment Parameters means the specific investment guidelines relating to your Investment Management Account upon which the Parties have agreed in writing.
Investment Parameters means a hotel that meets the following requirements: • Limited service hotel • Franchised with a current franchisor with which The Summit Group, Inc. already has a business relationship • 60-160 rooms • Located in markets with a population base of at least 50,000 persons • Located in the contiguous 48 States of the United States In the event a hotel entity will be rolled-up pursuant to Article 8, in addition to the above, the entity: • Must be currently paying a 10% priority return to its investors, and is projected to continue to make such payment. • Must consist entirely of accredited investors Notwithstanding the above, in the event the lender for Summit Group of Scottsdale, Arizona LLC consents to allow the entity to roll-up into the Company, no further consent of the Board shall be required.
Investment Parameters means the investment guidelines approved by the Board of Trustees, FEB & GIF to make investment attached as annex-II and as amended from time to time.

For sake of clarity, trade payables, retentions and deferred amounts payable with respect to a specific contractor, subcontractor, consultant, design professional or supplier shall not be deemed a Loan. “Manager” means Builder, or if Builder is removed, a Person appointed by Investor; except that Investor shall obtain Builder’s prior written consent with respect to such Person if any one or more of the following matters are applicable: (A) such Person selected by Investor has been involved in an action, suit or formal dispute directly adverse to Builder or its Affiliate during the period that is ten years prior to the appointment of such Person as replacement Manager; (B) such Person or its Affiliate has been convicted of a felony, a crime involving defrauding, stealing or other misappropriation of funds or is the subject of a grand jury or similar investigation involving any of the foregoing; (C) the appointment of such Person as Manager would potentially violate any one or more of (i) the Securities Act of 1933 or 1934, (ii) regulations or conventions governing anti-money laundering, (iii) Executive Order No. 13224 issued by the President of the United States on September 24, 2001 (Executive Order Blocking Property and Prohibiting Transactions with Persons Who Commit, Threaten to Commit, or Support Terrorism), as may be amended or supplemented from time to time or (iv) other applicable laws; or (D) the appointment of such Person would constitute a breach under agreements governing the Loan or other material agreements to which the Company, a Subsidiary Entity or a Project is bound. “Mandatory Capital” means, a...
