Investment Notes definition

Investment Notes means the promissory notes of the Investment Loan ---------------- Borrower acquired by the Partnership in connection with the Investment Loan.
Investment Notes means the subordinated investment notes issued and delivered under this Indenture.
Investment Notes or "Investment Note" means the Company's Unsecured Subordinated Investment Note(s) issued under this Indenture.
