Investment Multiple definition

Investment Multiple means, the ratio of accumulated Net Cash Income to accumulated Investment by the Contractor, as determined in accordance with Appendix D.

Investment Multiple has the meaning given to that term in Section 11 of the Warrant Agreement, except that proceeds not actually received shall not be deemed to have been received.
