inventory certificate means a ship-specific certificate that is issued to ships flying the flag of a Member State in accordance with Article 9 and that is supplemented by an inventory of hazardous materials in accordance with Article 5;
inventory certificate means the certificate, in such form as Factor may prescribe from time to time substantially with appropriate insertions, to be submitted to Factor by Client pursuant to this Agreement and certified as true and correct by the Chief Executive Officer or the Chief Financial Officer of Client.
