Intraday definition

Intraday means within a Day.
Intraday means processes relating to Auctions with Product Periods of up to 1 Contract Day duration and associated Interconnector Capacity activities, the business process for which is described in Schedule 4.
Intraday means when a Nomination Time and the corresponding Effective Time occur within the same calendar day.

  • The right of the Company to commence delivering VWAP Purchase Notices and Intraday VWAP Purchase Notices under this Agreement, and the obligation of the Investor to accept VWAP Purchase Notices and Intraday VWAP Purchase Notices timely delivered to the Investor by the Company under this Agreement, are subject to the initial satisfaction, at Commencement, of each of the conditions set forth in this Section 7.2.
