This will represent the final confirmation of prices and minimum service periods; “Service” means the service provided by POSITIVE INTERNET COMPANY whereby the Customer can gain access to the Internet via POSITIVE INTERNET COMPANY's computer network or services, which reside on the POSITIVE INTERNET COMPANY network; and “Site” means the premises at which Service is or is to be provided under this Contract
