intermediated securities definition

intermediated securities means securities credited to a securities account or rights or interests in securities resulting from the credit of securities to a securities account;
intermediated securities means the rights of an account holder resulting from a credit of securities to a securities account;
intermediated securities has the meaning assigned to such term in Condition 2 (Amount and Denomination; Form and Transfer).
