Intermediate Products definition

Intermediate Products means all Feedstocks that have been partially processed or refined as isomerate, cat feed, gasoline components or naphtha.

Intermediate Products means components and subassemblies of Products Made or Sold as standalone items and not incorporated in Products at the time they were Made or Sold, such as, without limitation, ASICs, chipsets, semiconductor components, embedded modules and firmware and software components.
