Intermediate Products means components and subassemblies of Products Made or Sold as standalone items and not incorporated in Products at the time they were Made or Sold, such as, without limitation, ASICs, chipsets, semiconductor components, embedded modules and firmware and software components.

Intermediate Products means hydrocarbons intermediate products and blendstocks. For the avoidance of doubt, Intermediate Products shall not include Certain Hydrocarbon Assets or Refined Products.
