Interim Redetermination definition
Interim Redetermination has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(b).

For any Interim Redetermination requested by the Administrative Agent or the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.4(b), the Borrower shall provide such Reserve Report with an “as of” date as required by the Administrative Agent as soon as possible, but in any event no later than thirty (30) days following the receipt of such request.
Such amount shall then become the Borrowing Base until the next Scheduled Redetermination Date, the next Interim Redetermination Date, or the next adjustment to the Borrowing Base pursuant to this Agreement, whichever occurs first.
