Interim Redetermination definition

Interim Redetermination has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(b).
Interim Redetermination shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(b).
Interim Redetermination means any redetermination of the Borrowing Base under Section 2.07(b)(ii).

Examples of Interim Redetermination in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, no Scheduled Redetermination or Interim Redetermination shall become effective until the New Borrowing Base Notice related thereto is received by the Borrower.

  • For any Interim Redetermination requested by the Administrative Agent or the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.07(b), the Borrower shall provide such Reserve Report with an “as of” date as required by the Administrative Agent as soon as possible, but in any event no later than thirty (30) days following the receipt of such request.

  • Such amount shall then become the Borrowing Base until the next Scheduled Redetermination Date, the next Interim Redetermination Date or the next adjustment to the Borrowing Base under the Borrowing Base Adjustment Provisions, whichever occurs first.
