Interim Note definition

Interim Note means a promissory note dated as at the date of the closing in the face amount provided in Section 5.02 hereof issued by the BORROWER to the order of the BANK and evidencing the obligation to repay the INTERIM LOAN. The INTERIM NOTE shall be in substantially the form of Exhibit 1.01A hereto.
Interim Note means that certain secured promissory note dated December 20, 2012 made by the Interim Holder payable to the order of the Borrower in a principal amount no greater than the purchase price for the Xxxxxxx Assets purchased pursuant to the Xxxxxxx PSA.

More Definitions of Interim Note

Interim Note means any promissory note of the Borrower in the form of Exhibit 1 to Amendment No. 1 hereto, evidencing an Interim Loan, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified or supplemented.
