Interim action definition

Interim action means a remedial action conducted under WAC 173-340-430.
Interim action means a response action taken to con- tain or stabilize a discharge of a hazardous substance, in order to minimize any threats to public health, safety, or welfare or the en- vironment, while other response actions are being taken or planned for the site or facility.
