Interest Option definition

Interest Option means LIBOR or the Reference Rate.
Interest Option has the meaning given such term in Section 2.5(c).
Interest Option means each of LIBOR and the Prime Rate.

  • The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender of the receipt of a Request for Borrowing, a Conversion Notice or a Rollover Notice, the amount of the Borrowing and the amount and currency of such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the applicable Loans, the date the Borrowing is to be made, the Interest Option selected, the Interest Period selected, if applicable, and the applicable rate of interest.

  • If the Borrowers fail to timely give the Administrative Agent the Rollover Notice with respect to any BSBY RateTerm SOFR Loan, the Borrowers shall be deemed to have elected Daily Simple SOFR as the Interest Option with respect to renew such BSBY Rate Loan with an Interest Period of one (1) month.

  • At any time, each Loan shall have only one Interest Period and one Interest Option.
